I'm Stuart, and I started out on the trucks.
Before I ever trained or audited anyone, I worked for a removalist, driving and loading trucks and working in the warehouse. I know what it's like to do a pre-start at 5am, and to have the paperwork land on top of a full day's work.
In 2001 I moved into training, delivering road transport and warehousing traineeships. I became an endorsed TruckSafe auditor in 2003 and completed my Diploma of Business (Quality Auditing) in 2004. For the next few years I trained drivers and staff while building the consulting and auditing side of my business.
Being on both sides of the audit table showed me the same problem again and again. Good operators were losing accreditation points because their paperwork was scattered, out of date or stuck in someone's ute. So in 2012 we started building EziComply to help operators keep on top of their NHVAS requirements.
The 2026 changes to heavy vehicle accreditation raised the bar. Operators now need a complete safety management system, not just maintenance and mass records. EziComply alone wasn't enough, so we built Truck SMS.
Truck SMS is everything I've learned from 25 years of training, auditing and helping operators. It's a system that shows an auditor what they need to see, without burying you in paperwork.
